S-series

Setting the time
1. Unscrew the crown by turning it anti-clockwise.
2. Pull out the crown and turn to adjust the time.
3. When the time is set, push the crown back to its original position. Then screw the crown back in and tighten gently. Do not overtighten!

Important note: The watch is not water-resistant while the crown is in the set-position!

Water resistancy: Your tube watch is designed to withstand everyday use and has a 10ATM water resistance rating. Activities such as showering, swimming and snorkelling are acceptable. However, the watch should not be worn while scuba diving. Sauna’s, Hot-tubs and other areas where the watch may be subjected to abnormal water pressures, heat or moisture are not recommended. These environments may have a negative effect on the seals and gaskets of your watch.

The water resistancy rating of a watch does not offer any guarantees concerning the ability of a watch to remain water resistant over time. This means that the water resistancy of a watch connot be permanently guaranteed. The watch may be affected through ageing of the gaskets, or by accidental shocks to the crown or pusher.

Watch care
To make sure that your watch remains its appearance over time, your watch needs a certain amount of care. The following guidelines will help in taking care of your watch in the best possible way.

Cleaning: Please use a clean, soft cloth with warm water to remove any dirt from your tube watch. Please do not use any detergents and avoid submerging the watch case in water.

Battery: Your watch has been equipped with a SR626SW battery. This battery has an estimated lifespan of approximately 36 months, counting from the date of purchase. When your battery requires replacing, please contact your dealer or local service centre. We strongly advise against opening the watch yourself, since warranty will no longer apply if the watch has been opened by anyone but an authorised service centre.

Warranty
This watch is guaranteed against material defects and workmanship errors under normal use, for a period of two (2) years from the date of retail purchase. During this period, the movement and hands are the only components covered by warranty. A component covered by warranty will be repaired free of charge or the watch will be replaced when proven that the watch is defective while under normal use. Within this period this watch will be repaired free of charge. A shipping, handling, tax and/or insurance fee might apply.

Warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Watch case, lens and back plate tarnished through general wear and tear
  • Broken or scratched lens
  • Broken or struck stem and/or crown
  • Battery
  • Damage caused by accident, inappropriate use or neglect
  • General wear and tear
  • Defect components due to contact with water or moisture, in case of misuse in regard to the water resistancy guidelines

If any hardware defects arises within the warranty period, please contact your dealer or local service centre for the repair procedure of your watch. Warranty does not apply if the watch has been opened by anyone but an authorised service centre. Please provide (a copy of) your proof of purchase when sending your watch to a service centre.
D-series

Setting the time
1. Pull out the crown to the set-position. You will feel a slight click.
2. Turn the crown to set the time.
3. Push the crown back to its original position. You will feel a slight click.

Important note: The watch is not water-resistant while the crown is in the set-position!

Exposure to high humidity, light rain showers and wearing the watch while showering is acceptable. However, the watch should not be worn while swimming or scuba diving. Sauna’s, Hot-tubs and other areas where the watch may be subjected to abnormal water pressures, heat or moisture are not recommended. These environments may have a negative effect on the seals and gaskets of your watch.

Leather: Leather is a natural material and its appearance will change over time. The leather strap will start to crease from wearing your watch, it may slightly change colour over time and it will take on marks and scuffs from general wear and tear. This is all normal and adds to the beauty of a natural product. However, the leather strap is not designed for use in water.

To make sure that your watch remains its appearance over time, your watch needs a certain amount of care. The following guidelines will help in taking care of your watch in the best possible way.

If any hardware defects arises within the warranty period, please contact your dealer or local service centre for the repair procedure of your watch. Warranty does not apply if the watch has been opened by anyone but an authorised service centre. Please provide (a copy of) your proof of purchase when sending your watch to a service centre.
Service and Repair

For service and repair, just simply send your tube watch (or ask your dealer to send it for you) to our service partner. In case of defects covered by warranty, your tube watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note that the warranty does not apply in the event of servicing or repair of the watch by any person not duly authorized, except for link band adjustment. In case of defects not covered by warranty, you or your dealer will receive an invoice from our service partner. After payment, your repaired tube watch will be returned to you.
